Return Policy

Contact customer service if you wish to return merchandise. You may return unused merchandise within 10 days with the following exceptions and conditions:

  • You must have a Return Authorization Number. Customer Service will give this to you.
  • Returned items will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • All discontinued and seasonal merchandise sales are final. No returns, will be accepted.
  • Any personalized product is not subject to return.
  • We will accept returns caused by our error.

Shortages: Please report any shortages within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Damages: Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original packaging in the event that a claim is filed.

Pricing: Although we strive to maintain constant prices, they are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include freight special handling, or taxes if applicable.

Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS from our warehouse.
All items in stock will ship within 7-10 business days.
Personalized Items may ship within 7 -15 business days.

If an order is time-critical: Please phone it in to us so that we may insure inventory availability and ship accordingly.
